Cancellation, Returns and Refund
6.1.1 You must notify us immediately by email at info@image-it.co.uk if you decide to cancel your Order, quoting your order number.
6.1.2 We cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop your Goods being produced once we receive notice of cancellation as they may have entered the production cycle.
6.1.3 On cancelled Goods we will only charge you for any materials purchased for the contract and any Preliminary Work or Work already undertaken up to the time of cancellation, subject to a minimum charge of 10% of total order value before VAT or the sum of £10 plus VAT (whichever value is greater).
6.2 Returns: Due to the bespoke made-to-order nature of the printed Goods offered on poster-it.co.uk you shall not be entitled to any refund or credit for goods correctly supplied. In the unlikely event of any shortcomings or defects in goods supplied, these must be notified to Image IT Limited in writing by email at info@image-it.co.uk within 3 days of delivery and all such goods must be returned to Image IT Limited at your cost for inspection.

All prices published are correct at the time of publication however we reserve the right to alter these in the future without notice. All prices for Goods & Services are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges.
3.2. The total price for Goods or Services ordered, including VAT and delivery charges, will be displayed on the Website at time of payment and checkout. Full payment must be made in order for the checkout process to be completed and order accepted. No Goods will be dispatched without full payment being made.

Interest will be charged on a daily basis from the date of invoice to the date of actual receipt of payment in cleared funds.

Full Colour Printing - All reasonable efforts will be made by us to obtain the best possible colour reproduction on your Work but variation is inherent in the printing process and it is understood and accepted as reasonable that We shall not be required to guarantee an exact match in colour or texture between your photograph, transparency, proof, Electronic File, Print Ready File, previously printed matter (whether printed by us or by a third party) or any other materials supplied by us and the finished Work. It is accepted and understood that Pantone colours (also known as spot colours) shall not be accurately reproduced due to the inherent nature of the full colour printing process.
10.10. Preliminary Work - All Preliminary Work carried out by us at your request, whether experimentally or otherwise, shall be charged.

11. Copyright
11.1. Responsibility resides with you for obtaining all necessary authorities and consents to reproduce (non-exhaustively) artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, copyright text and the like (“Materials”) prior to instructing Us to reproduce the same.
11.2. You shall indemnify and hold blameless Us against all demands, actions, costs, expenses, (included but not limited to legal costs and disbursements), losses and damages arising from or suffered or incurred by reason of any claim (included but not limited to the defence of such claim) that the reproduction of the Materials by Us infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any third party or misuses confidential information of a third party.
11.3. This Website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

17.1. We shall not be required to print any matter which in our opinion is or may be of an illegal or libelous nature or an infringement of the proprietary or other rights or any third party.

Without prejudice to Refeance 11 above, you shall indemnify and hold us harmless against all claims, demands, costs, expenses (including but not limited to legal costs and disbursements), losses and damages arising from or suffered or incurred by reason of the work it is required to produce pursuant to a customer order being or alleged to be defamatory.

What are Cookies and why we use them
